How long does JEGS take to complete my return?

How long does our returns process take?

The processing time for our returns department can vary throughout the year; a good estimate for the return to be processed and completed is 5-7 business days.

Some important notes about returns:

• Our Returns Department operates Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm EST. We are closed on all Holidays.
• The time stated above begins once the return enters our facility-any time the part spends in transit to us is not included. 
• The above mentioned time is a general estimate, there are times when the processing time may be longer. 
• All parts returned are subject to inspection if we determine it was handled, installed, used, packaged, or shipped back to JEGS improperly by the customer we will not refund, exchange or process the return. We will ship it back to you. 
• Any parts used designed for competition use are not typically warrantied, therefore will not be processed unless it's covered by the manufacture warranty.
