Does JEGS Charge any fees to make a return?

JEGS is happy to accept returns on orders returned to us inside our 60-day return window as long as they are New and Unused.

We do charge Process, Restock and Repackaging fees if your order meets the requirements below.

A processing or restocking fee will be deducted from any item returned.

0-30 days	$7.99 Process Fee
31-60 Days	15% (Minimum $7.99)
Over 60 Days	No Returns Accepted

A 15% repackaging fee will be deducted for any item not returned in its original packaging.

• All items will be inspected upon return
• Items found to have excessive wear, damage or use may be returned back to you.
• JEGS will deduct any fees that are deemed appropriate from the refund amount
